Winter Sports Startup
Winter sports for WEM students will be getting started soon. In order to begin practice, students must: Opportunities and start dates:
  • WEM V/JV/C-squad Girls Basketball, Monday, November 15
  • WEM V/JV/C-squad Boys Basketball, Monday, November 22
  • WEM/JWP Grizzly 7th-12th Grade Wrestling, Monday, November 22
  • WEM 7th & 8th Grade Boys & Girls Basketball, Monday, November 22
WEM will have a General Rules and Information meeting for parents that did not attend this past fall or who have not attended in recent years on Wednesday, November 3, at 7:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium or gym. Contact Jeff Boran, WEM Activities Director at 507-362-4403 with any questions.

WEM also offers the following cooperative opportunities with Waseca High School, starting on the dates shown:
  • Girls Hockey (V/JV), Monday, November 1
  • Girls Gymnastics (V/JV), Monday, November 8
  • Boys Hockey (Varsity only), Monday, November 15
Register on the Waseca School's online registration page. by Monday, October 25 at 12:00 p.m.

Waseca will have a General Rules and Information meeting for parents that did not attend this past fall or who have not attended in recent years on Monday, October 25, at 6:00 p.m. at the Waseca High School. Contact Joe Hedervare, Waseca Activities Administrator at 507-835-5470 with any questions.
