Fine Arts Bake Sale

WEM Fine Arts Boosters will hold a bake sale on Monday, February 7, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at WEM High School in Waterville. So there will be many items for sale immediately following sports practices all the way through the concert that night. Proceeds will be used to support WEM K-12 music and arts programs. Projects the Boosters have slated for this year include:

Choir robe and marching band uniform cleaning and maintenance
New pep band uniforms
Annual scholarship awards for graduating seniors
Support for the triennial band and choir trips

In order to have a great selection of delicious home-baked goods for sale, we'll need everyone's help! Think about your family's favorite recipes; then add your name to the sign-up list. Finally, bring them to school on February 7 by 2:00 pm. Valentine-themed goodies will be especially popular, with the "sweetie pie" holiday coming shortly after the sale!

Please label your baked goods with a description of the item. Items should NOT be priced. Suggested sizing is as follows:

Cupcakes and smaller sized cookies in half-dozen quantities
Large cut bars (i.e. brownies/Special K, etc.) cut in at least 4" squares
Large cookies made at least 5" in diameter

Suggested packaging is as follows:

Gallon Ziploc bags
Anything Valentine-themed - red, pink, or white snack bags, paper plates, gift boxes, etc.

Please consider how you can help support our students and the programs here at WEM. And don't be afraid to get grandparents or other family members involved in helping to turn out some amazing baked goods.
